Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 13, 2026. Please read these Terms carefully before using Caesars Palace Online Casino.
1. Introduction
By accessing the Caesars Palace Online Casino website at https://lberta2.slonik.store ("Site") you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The reference terms for this brand are dated May 28, 2026. These pages were last updated on July 13, 2026.
2. Definitions
"Operator" means American Wagering, Inc.. "Account" means a player account opened on this website. "Services" means real-money casino services offered to players who are physically in Alberta. "Player" means a person who meets the eligibility rules below. This website opens an account, accepts stakes from the on-site balance, and records cashier amounts. It does not charge a card or send a bank payment.
3. Operator Information
The operator is American Wagering, Inc., 6325 S. Rainbow Boulevard #100, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Parent company: Caesars Entertainment, Inc.. Regulator: Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC). Market entity: Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC). Registration class: iGaming – Operator. Registration expiry: July 13, 2027.
4. Alberta Jurisdiction
These Terms are for the Alberta, Canada market only. They do not apply United States rules or Ontario iGaming rules to Alberta play. Access from outside Alberta is not permitted for real-money play.
5. Eligibility
To use the Services you must be at least 21, be physically in Alberta when you play, not be self-excluded, and give accurate information. One account per person.
6. Minimum Age
The minimum age is 21. Confirming your age on this website does not replace identity verification on the operator platform.
7. Account Registration
Registration asks for your name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You may hold only one account. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. Opening an account does not approve you for real-money play.
8. Identity Verification
You can submit a government-issued photo ID from your account. The status stays pending until a reviewer updates it. This website does not approve a document by itself. The cashier and the games on this website still use the on-site balance. Card numbers are not collected.
9. Geolocation Requirements
You must be physically located in Alberta to play. The operator checks location. This website does not perform that check. A failed check can block play.
10. Deposits
Deposits in the cashier are in CAD and are added to the balance on this website. The methods that can be selected are Interac, Visa, Mastercard, online banking, bank transfer, and debit card. Selecting a method records the name. Card numbers are not collected, and a bank is not charged. No fee is charged here. The smallest amount is CAD 1. A general daily transaction limit of CAD 10,000 covers deposits and withdrawals together, unless a lower account limit applies. That figure is not a minimum deposit.
11. Withdrawals
A withdrawal removes Canadian dollars from the balance on this website. It does not send a payment to a bank or card. No fee is charged here. A payout time is not published. Withdrawals count toward the same CAD 10,000 daily transaction limit.
12. Casino Games
The home page lists game categories and opens the tables on this website. Individual studio titles, suppliers, and a certified return-to-player figure are not published. Results are generated on this server. Nothing on this Site promises a win, a jackpot, or a profit. Jackpot Slots pays a multiple of the stake. There is no separate prize pool. A malfunction can void a game round.
13. Promotions
No promotion, bonus, or risk-free offer is published on this website. If the operator later publishes an offer, that offer will have its own terms. Do not rely on a bonus that is not written on the Site.
14. Responsible Gambling
Gambling is not a source of income. Deposit limits, loss limits, time limits, and gaming breaks can be set in your account. A lower limit applies immediately. A higher limit waits 24 hours. Help contacts on the Responsible Gambling page are available without an account.
15. Self-Exclusion
You can record a self-exclusion on this website for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or with no end date. It logs you out and cannot be ended early here. That record does not by itself register you with Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC). During a self-exclusion you must not open another account.
16. Account Restrictions
The operator may restrict or close an account for age, location, incomplete verification, responsible gambling, suspected fraud, or a breach of these Terms. You may also ask support to restrict play.
17. Anti-Money Laundering
The operator may review transactions and ask for the source of funds where the law or the AGLC registration requires it. You must not use the Services to move proceeds of crime.
18. Fraud Prevention
You must not cheat, collude, use bots, open more than one account, or misrepresent your identity, age, or location. The operator may withhold activity that it reasonably believes is fraudulent while it reviews the account.
19. Privacy
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy, including identity checks, payments, location, and play history. Processing is carried out in connection with activity conducted on behalf of Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC).
20. Liability
To the extent permitted by the laws of Alberta and Canada, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
21. Intellectual Property
Text, graphics, and trademarks on the Site are owned by the operator or its licensors. You may not copy them or present them as your own. Caesars marks are used here as the brand named in the registration. Do not reuse them without permission.
22. Dispute Resolution
Contact support first at support@lberta2.slonik.store or +1 855-605-6850 and give a short description of the dispute. If it is not resolved, the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction. These Terms do not send Alberta disputes to a United States forum.
23. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada, including the iGaming Alberta Act, the Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Act, and applicable AGLC requirements.
24. Changes to Terms
The operator may update these Terms. The date on this page will change. Continued use of the Site after the date changes means you accept the update.
