Responsible Gambling
Responsible Gambling and Player Protection
We believe responsible gambling is not a feature — it's a foundation. Every tool on this page is built into the platform and available free of charge, 24/7.
Our Commitment
Gambling Should Be Fun
Gambling is entertainment. When it stops being fun, it's time to stop. Caesars Palace Online Casino is committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent gambling environment for all Alberta players.
We follow the National Responsible Gambling Strategy and the standards set by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC). Our platform is built with player protection as a core requirement, not an optional extra.
If you have a concern about your gambling or someone else's, please reach out. All contacts are confidential.

Your Protection Controls
Deposit limits, loss limits, time limits, a gaming break, and self-exclusion are in your account. Help contacts on this page do not need an account.
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when lowered. A cooling-off period applies when increasing limits.
Loss Limits
Set a daily loss limit in your account. A lower limit applies immediately. A higher limit waits 24 hours. A stake that would pass the room still open is refused.
Time Limits
Set a session time limit, in minutes, in your account. New stakes stop when that time has passed. Log out and log in again to start another session.
Reality Checks
Receive regular pop-up reminders showing how long you've been playing and how much you've wagered, at intervals you choose.
Cooling-Off Period
Start a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day break from your account. The account stays open. The break cannot be shortened on this website.
Account Restrictions
The operator may restrict an account for age, location, incomplete verification, responsible gambling, or suspected fraud. A player can also ask support to restrict play. Help on this page does not require an account.
Self-Exclusion
Record a self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or with no end date. It logs you out and cannot be ended early here. It does not by itself register you with AGLC.
Activity History
The cashier lists deposits and withdrawals. The account counts game rounds played on this website.
